Anwar al-Tanzil, Full Time, Part Time

The Hifz Department offers full-time as well as part-time programmes for boys and girls in a traditional setting, wherein each student receives individual attention. These programmes are designed to equip students with knowledge and understanding of the rules of tajwid, as well as the ability to apply them correctly, as was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).

  • To enable students to draw closer to Allah (SWT).
  • To encourage students to aspire to excellence in Quranic memorisation and tajwid.
  • To equip students with an exemplary understanding of the Qur’an and the fundamental principles of Islam.
  • To facilitate positive change in the students so they are able to reflect the sublime conduct of our Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).

The programme is available full-time and part-time and its duration is determined by the individual’s efficiency and speed of memorisation.

Full-time

Monday to Thursday: 08.00 – 13.30

Friday: 08.00 – 11.00

Part-time

Monday to Thursday: 15.00 – 17.00

Booked as hourly sessions.

The number of weekly sessions is determined by the teacher and student/parent.

  • New Registrations (Full Time): R1,000
  • Re-registration (Full Time): R800
  • Annual Fees (Full Time): R19,200
  • Part-Time New Registration: R500
  • Part-Time Re-registration: R300
