The Hifz Department offers full-time as well as part-time programmes for boys and girls in a traditional setting, wherein each student receives individual attention. These programmes are designed to equip students with knowledge and understanding of the rules of tajwid, as well as the ability to apply them correctly, as was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).
- To enable students to draw closer to Allah (SWT).
- To encourage students to aspire to excellence in Quranic memorisation and tajwid.
- To equip students with an exemplary understanding of the Qur’an and the fundamental principles of Islam.
- To facilitate positive change in the students so they are able to reflect the sublime conduct of our Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).
The programme is available full-time and part-time and its duration is determined by the individual’s efficiency and speed of memorisation.
Monday to Thursday: 08.00 – 13.30
Friday: 08.00 – 11.00
Monday to Thursday: 15.00 – 17.00
Booked as hourly sessions.
The number of weekly sessions is determined by the teacher and student/parent.
First registration: R800. Payment must be made at registration to secure a place.
Returning students: R500. Payment must be made at registration to secure a place.
R11,400 per year
Payments may be made in a lump sum or by monthly instalments. The deadline for the final payment is Friday, 15th December 2020.
Fees: R200 a month
Fees are payable at the beginning of the month.
